Gawean was a startup initiative I co-founded with three partners, developed as a part-time project to address a specific gap in the employment market. It served as a web-based job finder platform specifically designed for blue-collar workers, focusing on the Food & Beverages, Retail, and Hospitality industries.

Entrepreneurial & Technical Leadership

As a Co-Founder, I wore multiple hats, contributing significantly to the business strategies and the overall direction of the venture.

On the technical side, I served as the Lead UX Engineer and Lead Developer. I was in charge of overseeing all technical aspects of the platform. My responsibilities included translating business requirements into a user-friendly interface that catered to the specific needs of our blue-collar user base, ensuring the platform was accessible and effective for job seekers.
